Agreement to terms
By creating an account or joining a Walk & Win session, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms are between you and Black & Fit.
The service
Walk & Win is a live, coach-led walking program conducted entirely over a conference phone line. There is no video, no camera, and no app to install — you join by dialing (717) 908-1974 and entering access code 1170570, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8:00 AM ET, and walk for about 30 minutes while a coach speaks to the group.
Membership and billing
Membership costs $19.99/month, with a 30-day free trial for new members. Your trial starts when you sign up; unless you cancel before it ends, your card is charged automatically and your membership renews monthly at $19.99. You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewal, but takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the period you've already paid for. All payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Your dial-in number and access code
The dial-in number and access code we provide are for your personal use as a Black & Fit member only. Please do not share, publish, or redistribute them. This matters: the phone line has no other way to keep sessions limited to paying members. If we find a code has been shared or redistributed, we may rotate the access code — which can interrupt access for everyone using it — and may terminate the account responsible.
Health and medical disclaimer
Walk & Win sessions are general fitness and wellness activities, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting this or any new exercise program, particularly if you have an existing health condition. You participate at your own risk.
Coaches
If you're interested in leading Walk & Win sessions as a coach, you're welcome to apply by emailing info@blackandfit.com. Submitting interest or applying does not guarantee an interview, offer, or ongoing engagement.
Acceptable use
When using Walk & Win, you agree not to:
- Share your account, dial-in number, or access code with anyone who is not a member.
- Record, rebroadcast, or redistribute any part of a session.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Disrupt sessions for other members or coaches.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including sharing your access code or disrupting sessions. You may stop using the service and cancel your membership at any time as described above.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black & Fit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any injury sustained while walking or exercising during a session. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continuing to use Walk & Win after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
